Reconsider if applying for RCS position
Pros
Decent money if you can hit your goals, paid vacation, union(if you can get them to do anything), discounts on decent service, the culture used to be amazing, once they had a upper management shift, the culture spiraled.
Cons
No work-life-balance, training is designed to make you feel dumb, they constantly give you less discounts, penalized for calling off sick, even if you have an excuse (no paid sick leave), constantly belittled and told you can always do better (was consistently over 130% attainment), they never give you true recognition, the point of sales system is always broken, the attendance system is designed to keep you in a disciplinary state, I’ve heard area managers as well as higher ups say “if your reps aren’t on discipline your management style is bad”, the handling of COVID was horrendous, promise you that you’ll make it far if you keep your numbers up (consistently over 130%)which never happened, I was told I was too passionate for management, they manage with fear tactics and threats of write ups, tell you everything you do within the company is a COBC(Code of Business Conduct) they only say this when it’s to their advantage, they twist everything you say and only grill you in person, not in text or on phone call since the lines are monitored, management has also been caught going through other employees personal phones to try and retaliate against them.
