great pay, flexible, competitive and fun atmosphere, commission plus base, cell phone and home entertainment discounts, 50 percent accys discount

Cons

favoritism, long hours, no wkends (if ya still believe in those) holidays, for get them! you have to be able to adapt to many personalitys which can be overwhelming at first but if ya stick it out you'll acquire a skill set that is priceless
