The pay is decent. The discounts are pretty good.

Cons

The stress: Management will tell you to do something, and then next month write you up for the exact same thing. -You could be number one in the area, and still not good enough. -Customers are rude -Required to help the current customer in the store, but still needing to keep in contact with many other customers.
