Pros

Smart teams, people who care about their jobs and about the customers, interesting work and very strong benefits. I really like working here and enjoy my colleagues. I was hired fully remote

Cons

The new return to office policy is a draconian and misguided excuse to force people to leave the company as all but seven hub locations are closing simultaneously. I was hired remote but I either need to move across the country (with no relocation subsidy and no guarantee of keeping my job) or accept a lousy severance. The rollout of this policy has been abysmal: they told us 2 months ago but the final word hasn't been confirmed so rumors rule the day. Morale is in the toilet. Even if I want to stay, my team has been gutted. Good going, Stankey.

Pros

Company offered good benefits, pay was generally higher than other Beltway bandits.

Cons

Job functions were split between multiple groups with no incentives to feedback in an effort to enable additional sales.
