Pros

Pay Collaboration across teams Ability to move to different job functions within the organization

Cons

Constant surplus Current RTO policy - forcing all emoyees to be in either of 2 office locations instead of the current 9 locations. Employees hired as vitual workers have to go into the office daily. Personally, I have a disability and can nolonger drive into work. HR has told me that the company is not responsible for accommodating how I get to work, only how I do my work function. The hub location is not near public transportation and is too far to Uber or Lyft to.

Pros

On-the-job training, education and advancement opportunities. So many career options and you're encouraged to try different roles. Pay and benefits are very competitive. The culture is amazing, people build each other up, not tear each other down. Healthy work-life balance is strongly encouraged.

Cons

It's preferred that people work in the office rather than remote. Office politics can be a stumbling block to getting this done sometimes.
