Pros

The pay and benefits are very good. I have built a career and really feel like my management cares about what happens to me

Cons

There are not a lot of downsides. I think the company tries to do the right thing most of the time

Pros

There is a lot of good opportunity to learn and apply new technology. The role I am in is somewhat flexible. I can work from home on occasion. In this economy the ability to have a stable empoyer / job is nice. The health bennifits are good, costs are always going up though. There are a lot of good people to work with on a dialy basis. There are no travel requirments in my current position.

Cons
