Pros

It looks good on a resume because it's a very strong sales position. The training is great. You actually have a lot of phone at training which is paid in full. They choose to higher from within.

Cons

The base salary is very low compared to the cost of living. You would need to have a roommate, stay with parents, or have alot money saved before you start this job. They said it is an open door policy but you will have a hard time if you start to suggest or complain. They have a very high turnover rate. This job is very very stressful.

Pros

MONEY!!!, Tuition reimbursement was nice, but then you have to work for two years. I think they did a good job with recruiting though. I was impressed by everything they did, they did with class.

Cons

Long hours, hard work, I did not like how the pay structure was out there.
