Pros
I'm writing specifically about U-verse call center. The only positive side is a relatively fast hiring process, but there is a reason for that. The turnover rate is crazy, definitely the highest from all similar companies in Brno, and definitely higher that in any superman. The reason for that is extreme stress at work due to constantly unhappy and abusive customers and on the other hand terrible management. If you're "lucky" to make it over one year in the project, your mental health will most likely be irreparably damaged. So really think twice before even applying. Better get some skills and find a decent job, don't buy into easy money.
Cons
Everything about Uverse is bad, just don't go there if you want to remain a human being and be treated appropriately. This is something you will never experience there. You have been warned.
