Pros

- Work life balance is great, depending on team - (Some) people were cool - Great place to start your career

Cons

- Horrible, out of touch management - RTO mandated 8 hours a day, 5 days a week - Tracked git commits and number of PRs as a part of productivity - Tracked badge swipes and laptop pings
