Pros

Great place to jumpstart your career, have a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and technologies

Cons

There are longer days of needing to get things done and the work could stack up in a very short amount of time

Pros

Understanding Coworker, and options to excel/go above and beyond if you want to. Company is modernizing and it doesn't feel like a slow-moving giant.

Cons

WLB is extremely team dependent. Some teams still use outdated tech stacks.

Pros

The work place is nice and professional. The people are easy to get along with. There are a lot of events that you can take part of. Good work life balance. A great place to start a software career, but it's not a primarily tech company.

Cons

It's not exactly a tech company, so there is a limit on how far you can grow. Work isn't super challenging, can be a pro for some people, but if you want something more then look for another company.
