Requires 5 days per week in office

Pros

The compensation is decent, the work is not too stressful

Cons

Company treats employees like children. They switched from remote-friendly to a hybrid model to now a full time 5 day per week in office requirement. Your hours in the office are tracked to make sure you are there for 8 hours every day. The office space is crowded, noisy, and offers no privacy. "Collaboration" is mostly people interrupting your focus for trivial matters while actual important meetings are all on the phone anyway. It's clear the company is trying to get rid of people by making working conditions as unpleasant as possible. In fact, they deliberately admitted to having enough seating for only 80% of current employees, so good luck finding somewhere to sit until people start quitting.
