Pros

1. The project I worked in was relatively new, so 50% of the work was coding brand new features. 2. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

1. Awful conduct in meetings - if you don't know how to shout, you won't get heard. 2. Bad management decisions regarding which technologies to use. 3. The actual use of some technologies was poorly executed, resulting in many problems that revealed themselves over the years.

Pros

Online training; Lots of room for advancement

Cons

Little to no transparency past middle management. Executives do not care to investigate the inner workings of their infrastructure. Decisions are made in wide, careless swaths and are voluntarily uninformed and more times than not, lead to serious inefficiency.
