Pros

Above average pay with annual business unit/company bonus, annual raise, and annual individual contributor bonus depending on contribution Flexible work schedules Great tools and resources for training

Cons

Working in the Federal sector, you are seen as a "little brother" compared to the rest of AT&T. The company's focus is much more on media and entertainment.

Pros

Engaging team, excellent benefits, competitive salary, fun work! AT&T is a huge company with great resources (e.g., tuition reimbursement - look into the partnership with Georgia Tech's MS program!). With all their acquisitions, should be plenty of opportunities for those hungry enough.

Cons

Work is dependent on contract support to space programs, but our value always leads to earning more contracts. Career growth can be ambiguous, but if you leverage all your resources and communicate your interests, a rewarding career won't be an issue.
