Pros

I feel the company does a good job of being flexible with time off and work/life balance. Training is good but hard to complete as my job is so busy, I need to complete training outside of work hours.

Cons

You're just a number. The company is slowed down with process and red tape. They make it way to hard to get anything done. I could do twice the work if I was not spending all my time trying to figure out some crazy process that no one knows about. The dollar is number 1. You as a employee are on the bottom of the priority list. The bathrooms are gross and always dirty. Not positive if they get cleaned daily or not. The trash at desks are only emptied once a week. No coffee, plastic forks, spoons, plates, etc. There is nothing in the break rooms except a pop machine and a microwave. You can get water from the sink. Basically, the company has little respect for you and your work environment. On the flip side, most employees I know have little to no respect for AT&T.

Pros

Work life balance, exposure to cutting edge technology, exposure to different leadership styles, benefits, some opportunity for advancement between entry level and director level positions for those willing to be accountable for results

Cons

Little to none active coaching and career feedback, old-boy network for officer-track promotions and for selecting promising director-level candidates for further advancement, terrible trickle-down from officer and VP-level decisions through to responsible directors and staff, poor vendor management and many co-workers who are just there to get a paycheck and only do the minimum
