Management are the worst! Many don't have the skill set to lead or foster collaboration on teams. It is a highly political atmosphere...worst I've ever seen and throughout my career I have worked at 5 other pharma companies.

Great development opportunities; tons of encouragement to move to different roles within the company

Cons

Management is "old school"... and I mean printing binders and making tabs "old school"; big picture thinking is not encouraged; management places too much emphasis on changing colors on graphs; company does not respect PTO; too much churn bc management is so focused on every penny (lack of big picture thinking); little respect for employee well-being
