      There is a lot of disconnect between the business groups- no communication between them. Also, there are a lot of processes that still need to be revised.

      - As a contractor, a fair amount of information is held back from me, which disallows me to really obtain a full picture. I feel like sometimes I am treated as a lesser employee.
