Where do I start? Bullying from management and criticism of staff. Managers making inappropriate comments about how they feel current employees will perform in their new roles after handing in their notice. Poor “training” and analysts being blamed when things go wrong. No equipment or resources and staff blamed yet again. Blame culture galore. Stagnant wages increasing slower than inflation. Favouritism and nepotism. Technically incompetent supervisors who haven’t a clue about the test methods or basic scientific knowledge. Key people such as metrology are not there for most of the day. No purification water most of the time. No regard for safety. Waste streams left in bunds and open containers. Wages not paid on time or at all. Incompetence in payroll (gross incompetence). Supervisors, HR, and management ignoring emails. Scheduling is focused on getting stuff out the door with little regard for quality or safety. No 6 s, especially safety.

Toxic managers making you work in the office. Not giving you deserved raise because someone else in the department is already getting one - they use "behaviors" to knock you down. CEO living like a king out in California while treating employees like garbage.
