Benefits and salary are good, but similar to average. Good culture in theory.

Cons

Poor Management and areas knowledge, especially Directors. HR is not supportive, really absent. Work-life balance do not exist. The culture is not practiced.

Salaries generally good Great office space and some fantastic people there

Cons

Management very hit and miss Blame culture as described in previous review very much thrives here If you face fits however you walk on water regardless of performance Bribery to be more positive in culture survey to gain a couple of extra days leave really does not sit well but reflects the lack of any openess

Cons

Be ready to work hard! Have made great strides to provide the opportunity for work/life balance but it's a lean company. IT systems can be frustrating.
