Pros

The staff here are amazing and very helpful when starting. New processes taken in help a lot here. Management are very approachable. Staff knowledge is great here and welcome any questions to assist various roles. QA are very helpful and very knowledgeable. QA also are approachable with any questions.

Cons

For me HR was the downside here. They act in a very robotic manner with no human compassion in any way. Any issues that you bring are not taken on board. Their interaction is very poor here. For management in general it is great. However there needs to be more supervisors and reviewers on site. Supervisors are slammed here and need help to do there roles better. These do their very best but can do with more staff to assist. QA also needs to have more personnel to help with there roles.

Pros

Good benefits (401k, dental, health), etc.

Cons

Very old school mentality/culture. If you are not “in” with the managers or a suck up, you will feel like an outlier. Push to be back in the office just to take team meetings from your cube. High pressure, lots of work & lack of acknowledgment and support from managers.

Pros

Salaries are great for the work required. Benefits are good. The company does genuinely seem to try and retain their employees where they can during layoffs (but this benefits them b/c it keeps their unemployment insurance from going up) There is a diversity to be found in leadership, less so the higher you go. Company cars are a nice treat for field employees.

Cons

Leadership is very toxic and it trickles down. Toxic people are promoted consistently, some are obnoxiously and embarrassingly cruel. The whole company culture is built on shaking hands and nodding at the "great work" the company does for patients, completely ignoring the fact that profits are the main objection (it's a for profit company, let's just be honest about it). LOTS of Kool aid drinking here. It all feels like a massive misdirection. Vomit roses about how good the company is and then turn savagely on any employee that challenges the system. It's such an over-the-top denial of how toxic the company is that it might give you whiplash. Also, very much not eco friendly. The amount of packages and packaging material that is sent out is ridiculous. Fleet vehicles could use to be hybrids or electric. If the company cares soooo much about health how about we pollute less?
