1.People know no boundaries, will wear you out until they get what they want 2. Employees are very verbally abusive 3. Long work hours, no personal life balance 4. If you are contractor, they want you to only put down 40 hours a week, when they work you for 60 hours or more a week. 5. Archaic technology

Good benefits, decent pay, ok culture

Cons

IT has twisted the hybrid work program, telling employees they have to "make up" days if they need to flex and be remote for a day. Not enforced across but only in pockets of hateful, petty, managers. Worst execution of hybrid plan ever. Lies about allowing flexibility, in certain pockets there is none. Awful leadership in IT Ops.

There is no doubt this company is a top dog in the Medicine biz. Benefits are fantastic.

Cons

I think the company is politically sound, with it's policies and whatnot. The CEO seems like a caring person, and strives to make his employees successful. There is, however a soft underbelly of what is happening here. Working in the trenches, there is much racism and bullying. I mean not even trying to hide it. I've grinned and beared it for some time. Being a person who has strong equality beliefs, I feel as if I have to maintain my composure most times, or just walk away from situations. I think it's not known to top managment that this is occuring, as many are afraid to report such things.
