      Benefits Co workers make it tolerable to work here

      Cons

      Director is a micro manager, doesn’t let their employees make their own decisions for work, doesn’t support continuing education aka certifications, is a bully and threatens our jobs. I’ve been here for a year with this group and have never experienced such a toxic working environment in the 5 years I’ve been here. Avoid Operations BTS like the plague.

      AbbVie offers absolutely great benefits (great enough to get you stuck, sadly).

      Cons

      Employees, especially lower ranking ones, have little to no value to leadership. The ONLY important thing to management is “making/ maintaining numbers” 🙄. GOD FORBID someone has personal life issues or anything going on outside of work. AbbVie is constantly voted one of the best places to work by LEADERSHIP ! The lower-ranking employees and the high ranks that are constantly under fire would tell you differently! 🤮
