- Growing company - Good pay and benefits - Talented people - Promising opportunities for those fortunate enough to gain admission to an "in"group

Cons

- Clear "in" and "out" groups - "In" group often not welcoming or receptive to external hires and/or new ideas - Mentality of "our (AbbVie) way is the only way" - Sr Management are like sharks ready to tear subordinates apart

Pros

Good and diverse people to work with and really good pay and benefits.

Cons

People working in silos with no real cross-functional collaboration. Burnouts felt in IT with a high turnover rate. Only a handful of people making key decisions across the board. Remnants of the old company culture still felt. Slow to progress with no desire to grow and look at things from an end to end standpoint. Technology and automation aren't prioritized; just profits. Directors don't know what they are doing.
