At every instance exploit the rhetoric of a family-like environment while perpetuating toxic behaviors. They often prioritize their own success, reputation, and personal gain, all others are tools to advance the manager's agenda. Offers empty gestures but their actions reveal their true intentions. They enforce rules selectively, punishing some while turning a blind eye to their favored few. Those favored few abused this entitlement, and communicate aggressively and condescendingly. Quick to criticize and belittle others, backstabbed and spread false rumors about those who are not pliant toward them tarnishing colleagues' reputations and showing a lack of empathy. Their presence will likely hinder both personal and professional growth.

Not up to Bay area pay standard, compensation package and perks. The standard lean towards Chicago HQ. The management only sees the employee satisfaction based on low competetive labor market at HQ. Only 10 years old, but have all the problems as other big pharma. No transparency at HR.
