- I was lucky to have a great team of helpful and smart CRAs in my region who I could go to with any questions as well as a great manager. - By far the best benefits I’ve ever had in any company. (By the time I worked there the 401k match, stocks, bonuses and company car…) - At least in my case promotions were quick - No on site metrics per month to meet.

Cons

- Workload: I’d like to believe cause we did a lot remote workload was at a point over the roof (I left because I felt my quality was being affected and I am not about that). Other than that nothing I enjoyed my time at AbbVie

Looks good on a resume if you want to be a district manager or a sales trainer at a different company

Cons

The most toxic culture I’ve ever seen is within the training department at abbvie. They entice you to join the by dangling promotion opportunities but look at how many people spend years stuck there.

Cons

In R&D, Have to come in 3 days a week Majority of the employees, leaders are middle-old aged family oriented who are waiting to retire. **Lack of innovation** Consultants , team leads copy paste from old code, team ideas, Directors are fighting for funding and being mean to each other (like in any big company). The new hires are undervalued, and look for better opportunities elsewhere.
