Pros

Good pay, great benefits. Training is good. Leads are handed to you.

Cons

AbbVie is a pharma giant so the job is a template you must follow. Doesn't allow for much creativity in call planning, selling strategy, or lead generation so if you like to be told exactly what to do you'll be happy here. Job also promotes hustle mentality and expects you do to admin on free time so if you have other priorities than work, such as small children, this may take a toll on that.

top employees get overloaded with work and ones who do nothing are not held accountable. Also, should allow employees to choose where they work. Not everyone does their best in a cubicle, it’s having a negative affect on your workforce.
