AbbVie’s compensation package is nice.

Cons

AbbVie is ran like a “mom and pop”. Processes aren’t well thought out. There is no mobility. Managers/Directors lack leadership skills. Promote Managers with terrible engagement scores.

Company managers are not ready for management and their ability to lead is not good. micromanaged very fast paced and high stress large territories virtual meeting overload to the point of not being able to do the task at hand difficult products to sell no work life balance at all
