Too many meetings. The system is a mess, so many steps, to complete the smallest request. Too much time wasted because simple things take forever to process. It's all about the "Metrics" and not the patient.

Insights directors sorely lacking people management skills. Directors are too busy looking up to look down. Directors are beyond reproach and their opinion is the only one that matters. Severe micromanagement. Rarely if ever get any positive feedback, always critical. The nuance of every word on every document is nit-picked. If you ask questions you get criticized for not being able to work independently; directors expect you to have the same experience they have. Every day you're walking a tightrope. All my friends left for the same reason - the directors are miserable to work for.
