Management is horrible. Management is out of touch, and unaware of what is needed for day to day work and uninterested in learning. Contractors are treated as expendable work horses. They’ll let you work as a contractor indefinitely. New tasks are constantly given with no pay increases. Virtually no upward mobility. The biggest complaint is lack of support. Additionally, there is a total lack of communication between departments that creates chaos and confusion. Work on intercommunication and group processes.

Micro managed at every step. Only management get a say, even after surveys have proved they are they problem. Good workers are overlooked for promotion in favour of yes men/ women. Cronyism and nepotism are rife ! No communication between departments or management and other staff which often leads to conflict.
