Pay, hybrid schedule, some colleagues

Cons

Managers who may be brilliant, but have no business managing people--intense micro-managing and no people skills. Very demoralizing and demotivating! No flexibility in that hybrid schedule, and one of the only pharma companies that doesn't have a holiday shutdown. Many unfriendly people working there and the onboarding and welcome for new employees was completely lacking.
