Told up front that KPIs and metrics were based on quality and not quantity.

Cons

KPIs and metrics were ALL based on quantity and quality and all communication back and forth from Director kept shouting at us to “MAKE NUMBERS!!”, “STAY ON MESSAGE!”, and “THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH WORKING THAT INTO THE CONVERSATION!” - despite Compliance yelling at us for over two hours at a meeting less than two days before NOT to allow any of that happen

whats up with so many ex-consultants? they are hired with 0 experience but come in with big title. what value do they add to other than organize meetings and ask people to teach them so that they can make pretty slides? parrots!
