      Pros

      -Solid benefits including pension (could soon be going away and not being offered to new hires), 401k match, excellent insurance, employee assistance programs, family leave, company car, vacation, etc -High base salary -Solid culture and they invest into career development. -Respected in the industry

      Cons

      -Lots of red tape to cut through to make changes. -Loss of Exclusivity for Humira has the company cutting costs and budgets across the board. -Typical corporate politics -Hide behind veil of Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Talk the talk but don’t truly walk the walk. -High base salary but mediocre compensation plan for sales commissions

      You have a job Benefits are decent Looks good on your resume Some nice people If you can overcome racism, it probably okay…

      Cons

      Fake innovation- they just buy up smaller companies and market the product. Don’t expect to be listened to. Racism Bullying culture Incompetent - lack of standards and congruence and depending of whether you’re in the “in” club this can be used as a weapon. If you’re a Black woman and not Director level and above, RUN. They will mentally torture you otherwise.

      Cons

      Still carries the Abbott mentality because of a number of employee that are Abbott carry over. They capable but toxic people to continue and don't manage them out for this behavior.
