      Pros

      Accel Club is a great company that gives you every opportunity to grow within the company and develop as a person and a professional. The top managers are extremely good at helping you with everything and supporting your ideas (as long as they are adequate). Quite effective business model that allows the startup to be in the operating profit. The work itself is simply interesting, it is always useful to understand something new.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities for personal and professional growth High tolerance to mistakes Openness to dialogue and exchange of ideas Relocation process is something I’m specifically grateful. The company took a stand when the war with Ukraine started, and closed its Russian operations, relocated employees from there to other countries, and provided huge support to Ukrainian office The team is very friendly. I really enjoy spending time with teammates. Working hours are flexible. In general, company listens to the team and make amendments when it comes to reasonable requests

      Cons

      Turbulent times in the world and in the company. Strategy is not clear. A lot of routine tasks. Bonuses are suspended. I assume it won’t be like that all the time, everyone now is expecting recession. The company is at this stage when some processes are still raw, while the others tend to remind corporation style.
