Pros

Good company to learn new technology Nd get exposure to various kind of roles

Cons

Work life balance depends on the project you work. Promotions decisions must be transparent and HR should have a say and proper policy in place rather than just depending on what the supervisors says as not every follow honestly and do justice to their supervisor role . So many undeserving people get away with promotions and deserving people are left behind .

Pros

WFH 3 days a week

Cons

Management is awful, culture of getting rewarded for doing what you are told and only that. All that matters is perception and not actual performance.
