The emphasis of Accenture is the commoditization of labor, this means that your input is replaceable and pointless paper pushing. Also, if you are looking for supportive management and peers you will not find it here. Most people who stay at Accenture are complacent and thrive through office politics. If you value your mental health, stay away from Accenture. Lastly, the salary was considerably under peers and not enough to meet living expenses. Promises of future compensation growth were never met.
