Pros

Wide industry portfolio. Career beginners can choose their pick for a specialist area.

Cons

The Company thrives on head counts more rather on quality of work. The tasks were segmented, giving a myopic view of project delivery. Senior Managers rode up to the position with sheer work experience in the same technical field. They lacked management skills, and showed least interest in resources growth and development. It is not a good place to start career right after college - quite misleading and stagnating.
