Pros

Many opportunities for traveling, fast carreer growth, nice bonuses twice a year.

Cons

Micromanagement, pressure from client and managers. Once you say a buzz word you instantly become an expert in the area and being sold as such to the client. People are getting overloaded with various types of work. Most of the projects are maintenance projects, so if you are passionate Developer don't even think to go there.
