Be aware before you quit your job. Constantly looking for work/project , in order to stay employed
Pros
Be part of the consulting industry with glamorous image
Cons
For experience hired, please be aware, you always have to look for work, on your first day, after your return trip from Q-Center. You are competing constantly, directly with your team, for work in order to stay employed ( either competing with low cost structure regions - SF / LA v.s. TX, AZ; or India vs. US, etc.). This model set you up for failure, right out of the box. When you are submitting the proposal for a project, you have to factor more than 60 percent off shore staffs, and smaller portion of US based, and even smaller US portion if you are in the higher cost region, such as San Francisco. And if you are based in the West Coast, you are out of luck. Be aware before you quit your job. It's a very high turn over industry
