Pros

The company has strong global recognition and can be a good gateway for learning and experience. For many, especially fresh graduates or early-career professionals, it offers exposure to large clients, varied projects, and training.

Cons

workload can be heavy, expectations high, and sometimes you’re placed on projects or roles not well aligned to your training or skill-set

Pros

HIPP dept is cool, stay away from TORT (Under Texas Medicaid contract) Benefits are great if you're lucky enough to be hired by Accenture and aren't made a permanent contractor.

Cons

Fired for "under-performance" when doing not only my job but several of the team lead's jobs as well as my own heavy workload in TORT dept. Total joke to expect 1 person to perform well with unrealistic expectations. Supervisor ended up being rude and unprofessional before I was let go, directly after my mom passed away. No raises and hiring "freezes" Tons of layoffs but they are looking for contractors to replace tons of permanent employees.
