Stable Flexible Hours Good environment Good Location Salary Easy entrance Extra vacation days (you work for them though)

Cons

Depends on the team you end ap at; Hard to change teams/project; Funky business hours: they adopt a 9 hour shift culture, 4 days of the week, for 8 months (Oct to May) so that you can get 12 plus vacation days (1 week in christmas, 1 week on easter and 2 days for Carnaval).
