1) Great learning experience on the industry leading technologies as Accenture has a separate learning platform to learn and grow. 2) Good Percentage of hikes are provided during appraisals.

Cons

1) Very less percentage of people will actually get to work with the skill which they are trained at Accenture. 2) Proper recognition is not provided to the amount of efforts put in by the individual.

Cons

it depends on your luck as to what team/project you'll be assigned. I think HR does not base it on skills and experience, but on what is available openings. it's difficult to have training for career growth specially when it is not related to your current role.
