Pros
The company and specially my Manager strictly implements work-life-balance in our group. If the project overlaps during Americas time then our counterparts provide cover. The follow-the-sun support has never been this good. For me they have implemented it in one of the best ways I could have imagine.
Cons
Accenture Philippines has one downside that I know and that is how they conduct their employee's rating. It's somewhat generalized across the entire level regardless on what type of Job you do or the difficulty of the project you work on. For example, if you are on Level H in your project, to get promoted you will be compared to different Level H in the entire Technology Department. It depends on what you do that can fully make an impact for such merit increases.
