Pros

Leaving for home, days off.

Cons

Toxic workplace, doesn't seem management and leadership understand running a business. Constantly changing every month, rule making, manager making claims parking space taken, QA is NEVER on same page. Lots of narcissistic behavior and shouting to employees on the floor. An HR Nightmare.
