Pros

- Experience of continuous integration and delivery, - Visibility on your good job.

Cons

- Illegal amount of overtime with no benefit or payment, - Promotion queue is stuck because of cylindric employee structure rather than pyramid, - No promotion because of limitations, but hires upper levels from outside, - Expects loyalty from employees, but doesn't show any.

Pros

accenture provides good compensation open policy allows you to interact with senior without hierarchical restrictions constant update on vision and future plans of the organization

Cons

Accenture could improve upon its employee evaluation process. Currently the process is not as transparent as it could be to make sure the laddering is fair and square.
