Pros

- Good for new graduates as they provide training. - Competitive Health Benefits package.

Cons

- Most employees are underpaid considering the amount of work given. - No work/life balance. Most employees have weekend work, even works during holidays. - Promotions are given to favorites or those close friends to Management. Unfair performance feedback from upper management.
