Pros

Flexible working hours. Bus transport facility. Good increment among service based company. But now it has reduced.Party every 3 months.

Cons

Every year many people gets PIP and it fires employees forcefully. Many TL and AM got PIP.You ask for project change and you will get PIP and then out of company.no stability in job location. Will be relocated forcefully here and there. No onsite because it has global offices and instead of sending employees from india it recruits at onshore. Each country accenture is different entity. Most of the time you will be working for accenture at diffirent location. No direct interaction with client..many people leaving company.

Toxic corporate culture

Pros

Unfortunately, I cannot say anything positive about my experience at Accenture.

Cons

The corporate culture is truly toxic - this is not a collaborative or respectful team culture, rather colleagues will 'throw you under the bus' at any opportunity to make themselves look better. Bullying and harassment is common place and Management and HR don't care to do anything about it to fix the problem, but rather just pay-out those affected and make them sign a confidentiality agreement so the truth doesn't come out. An organisation without integrity or basic ethics!

Most Racist Firm in the U.S.

Pros

There are no pros. Except maybe: Many people who don't work at Accenture apparently think it is impressive to work at Accenture. I'm not sure why, but I respect their opinion.

Cons

Accenture severely underpays its employees. Accenture has a culture of racism and discrimination. Accenture practices tolerance - tolerance of prejudice, harassment and discrimination. Accenture is extremely alienating to people of "other" cultures. Accenture at its most senior levels is very racist. The culture of the firm is fueled and determined by its leadership. I've worked at another firm of comparable size and reputation before and never once did I experience the level or number of attacks or indignities at that firm, that I experienced at Accenture. All of this is fully tolerated and, by effect, encouraged by leadership. I would never work here again. I would never encourage someone else to work here if they had other options. Accenture is in poor financial health as it is, so I look forward to the day they go under. It took me longer than I expected or would have liked, but I was so happy and thankful the day I finally found a new position elsewhere and could finally kiss this place goodbye. Goodbye Accenture!
