Pros

I am trying hard to think of one.... its easy to get hired I guess.

Cons

TFS' Care more about catching you doing something wrong than staffing you. Do not come here if you have a family, they could care less about helping you. They preach "Truly human" and show some videos about how much they want to help employees with work life balance but do not actually practice this. Its funny they consult for some big tech names who operate at a high level of efficacy by empowering employees yet refuse to do so themselves.

Pros

Their brand name and policies

Cons

If you can be your manager’s and career counsellor’s pet you would get promoted and be successful. If you cannot don’t even think about it. In fact this is the only firm where I have seen an MD working like a PA to another SMD. And I am not joking mate. And aah client management is excellent - they will win a big project, fill them with MDs and SMs and when the project cannot be delivered, get contractors and either get it done or blame them. What surprises me is how in the world they keep getting clients to sign contracts. One piece of advice don’t join them even if they pay you 250k

Pros

Massive variety of projects and technologies to work on.

Cons

The firm completely lacks leadership and management; preferring to operate as a machine beholden to stagnant and outdated business models. Very unethical in that you will be asked to doctor your time reporting. You may have a manager pad your time reporting, and when audited, do nothing to defend you against the action he/she committed. Purports to be "Truly Human", but that truly exists in HR powerpoint decks. If a solution does not fit in a slide deck, it is not a solution. The technical ability of most managers and senior managers is abysmal at best; and the firm prevents technically adept people from operating across more than one technology lane; preferring one person to one technical lane so that it can bill for more body's. The on boarding process was awful, no guidance from career counselor; and quite literally told that one must fend for yourself until you figure out what you want to do.
