Work here only if no one else in the country wants you.
Pros
Accenture Flex is not Accenture LLC, therefore other than sharing the same name, there is really no pros apart from one - very diversified group of hard workers willing to sacrifice personal time by wanting to do the best for their clients.
Cons
plenty of cons - political/personal bias rampant on the floor between floor management and reps, no advancement of career despite verbal promises and career website given, advertised as Accenture employees but never receive any benefits given to the actual FTE. no chance to move to other projects unless you have connections with people in control (personal/political), no 401k, no health insurance provided (pay our own), hourly pay rate do not commensurate with workload that may result in depression, anxiety, post traumatic syndrome disorder related. no work life balance - your PTO is your medical leave hours. Management never let us know whats our employment benefits like take-5, you cannot ask for break during family festive season. employees treated as high school leavers, tons of micro managing, management like to make empty promises, say one thing and deny it tomorrow. If reps are late one minute because of traffic, you get reprimanded. Reps will never have chance to become permanent employees for client because Flex management will never assist in making it happen, apply for internal jobs and get rejected for no reason with statement like "application is not approved by project supervisor" despite project still recruiting for people.
