You are treated as an individual and not a number, the company is growing rapidly and so career progression is a reality, invested in colleague development which allows colleagues to be upskilled in-house and many opportunities to have days away from the office on conferences and exhibitions. they are advocates for Health and Well-being and as a result there is always an initiative / colleague event being arranged which makes the environment / culture enjoyable to be apart of. Free bar onsite which traditionally opens up on Friday evenings.

Pros

Two free coffees and 2 10 minute breaks throughout the day of you can say it’s a Pro.

Cons

Management are more interested in themselves, very monotonous and repetitive..Will make you feel drained at the end of the day. Constant meetings to uplift your broken spirits..Soul destroying in an understatement. If you are 10 seconds late from lunch, believe me you will know about it. It’s like your a child and will get told off for minor petty things. Don’t take time off if possible even if members of family die as this is not allowed. BDMs that that been there longer ie 5years are brain washed to intimidate new staff.High staff turnover and always advertising for new employees due to this. This is definitely not a long term role for anyone. Undervalued!!!

As a company, Health Wellbeing and Personal Progression are key tenets of our philosophy; there are numerous initiatives and openings available to all staff members that demonstrate a positive aptitude and attitude. There are standard practices in place for breaks and time-keeping and these should be adhered to by all staff. We’re sorry that you didn’t enjoy your time with us, our Team Rep Committee meet each month to ensure we listen and gain the feedback from all our staff, to help maintain our high standards of employee engagement.

Plenty of opportunities to grow, in to new roles. Lots of training opportunities Many social events, and opportunities to make friends. Fantastic working atmosphere - very friendly, and the moved away from corporate. Fair dress code, which prompts flexibility particularly in the summer. Solid benefits structure, with opportunities to move through pay scales & earn bonuses. Autonomous environment. 0 Micro management. You're the king of your own castle. Regular team meetings and events.

None that stand out or make the job hard.
