Pros

I have been working at Add People full-time (More than 10 years) and have watched it grow and it continues to grow. With this growth comes the opportunity to step up and be recognised, command a new role and succeed. The atmosphere is great, there are health and well being benefits at the company and i can honestly say that they are supportive and compassionate when balancing work life with personal.

Cons

Be prepared to work hard if you want to succeed.

Directors and the rest of the staff are great to work with. There's a lot of investment going into training, development, events and more.

Pros

AddPeople is a wonderful place to work. Employees are welcoming and friendly but above all else, I've found managers to be accessible and easy to talk to. The company does a good job of supporting its staff. Also doesn't hurt that there are video games, a pool table and a generally relaxed atmosphere. Great place to work.

Cons

I don't have anything to complain about.
