Great company to work for. Care about health and wellbeing and are making a good effort to modernise the working environment (there's a bar). Work/life balance is well respected too.

Cons

Nothing off the top of my head.

Lots of training, excellent atmosphere, very friendly, lots of out of work socialising, regular events held.

Cons

Lack of adequate parking, computers are very old and slow.
